  • National Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor who holds a Master of Science degree in mental health counseling, with a specialty in forensic counseling and juvenile delinquency from Walden University. She has experience working with IDD and mental illness; addiction, juvenile delinquency; and couples/family counseling. She is trained to provide problem gambler counseling.

  • Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Phoenix where she graduated with honors.

  • Active member of the American Counseling Association, West Virginia Counseling Association, and Chi Sigma Iota honor society for counselors; NAADAC & WVAADC

Kerry Harper-RBA, MS, Temporary Licensed Professional Counselor (earning license under supervisor) 


  • Ms. Harper is a Temporary Licensed Professional Counselor who earned a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Administration and Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from    Walden University. She holds a specialty in forensics and addiction counseling. Her background experience is in those areas of treatment and includes family/couples counseling.

  • Instructor for the WV Safety and Treatment Program for DUI clients.

  • Accomodates clients in Beckley and Lewisburg offices.

  • Enjoys volunteer work and is a mentor for children at the WV Children's Home Society. Enjoys family, outdoor activities, education and helping people.  


Margaret C. Bruns-APRN FNP-BC "Margy"

  • Margy provides medication prescribing and management for all Pyramid Counseling offices. Her specialty is Psychiatry. She brings experience and expertise to her practice.
